Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items purchased.

Free standard shipping on orders of US$200 or more within the U.S. and US$600 or more internationally.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items, special orders, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Additional Information

Due to the nature of handmade and naturally dyed materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
